About MeKeeping you fitOut with the old, in with the new, 2011 is the year to make an impact on your fitness and training. Knowledge and experienceI have spent the last 28 years in administration and secretarial roles in various environments since leaving school. When I initially left school, and for something to do I joined the Territorial Army and served 9 years, which gave me my fitness bug. In the year 2000 I decided to go to college (which I have never done before, so it was quite a big step to take) where I undertook my ETM college course (RSA Exercise to Music). From there on my fitness and teaching just took off. I would come home from my day's work at the office, get changed then go and teach fitness. Every year I try to improve on my fitness skills, by undertaking refresher courses and new avenues of fitness. In 2006 I decided that I needed to make a decision with my career, do I carry on working in an office or go out on my own and do what I love best - of course fitness won!!!!! So here I am now teaching full time! UPDATE ** UPDATE ** UPDATE In February I will be undertaking my Zumba Instructors Course - watch this space for updates on Zumba. Testimonials"My husband & myself have been seeing Allison for the past year. She's always been easy to get on with, very encouraging to help us obtain our goals, whilst always making sure we do not lose motivation in our sessions. She's always punctual, which is important to us as we lead busy lives & we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending her." ED"Allison has certainly helped me obtain my goals, thoroughly motivational." DD "I love to see the back of Allison's head! It means my sessions finished and I've worked really hard!" OJ |
